What is your cancellation policy?
As a courtesy to your service provider, please allow no less than 24 hours notice prior to the cancellation of your appointment. Inadequate notice and/or "no-shows" are subject to booking fees at the discretion of the stylist.
Can I get a full refund?
Services rendered and products sold within the salon are unfortunately non-refundable. However, we are more than happy to make feasible adjustments within a reasonable time frame to ensure that you love your hair!
